Evakos provides web development, design, and digital consultancy services. All project work is governed by individual project agreements or retainer contracts agreed between Evakos and the client before work begins. These terms apply to the use of this website and general enquiries.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, code, and imagery, is the property of Evakos unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission. Intellectual property for client projects is governed by the relevant project agreement.

Payment terms

For project work, payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement. Prices listed on this website are indicative starting points and may vary based on project scope and requirements. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Hosting subscriptions & billing

Evakos Cloud hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. Your payment for a billing period entitles you to use the service for that full period, regardless of how much of it you actually use.

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current, already-paid period — your service, including hosting and dashboard access, remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not charge an early-termination or cancellation fee.

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and retry billing before any suspension of service. We reserve the right to suspend hosting for an account that remains unpaid after reasonable notice, but will always aim to give you the chance to resolve a failed payment first.

Liability

Evakos will make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality work on time and to specification. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Third-party services

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved under EU jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
