What is included in a care plan?
Foundation is hosting, SSL, standard uptime and daily backups. Concierge adds hand checked updates, 24/7 monitoring, malware scanning, hardening, priority support and a monthly report. The pricing page lists both.
Can you take over a site that someone else built?
Yes. We review it first, move it across carefully, and tell you honestly about anything that needs fixing.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Plans are monthly or annual, with a saving for paying annually. See the pricing page for the terms.
What if my site is already slow or has been hacked?
